Our twenty-five plus years of comprehensive experience and expertise have given Samaritan Services, Inc. the knowledge and understanding necessary to successfully offer distinguished care management to our clients.

Samaritan’s quality care department continuously monitors the assistance being delivered to ensure that the highest standards of service are being maintained. Our quality control division is the key component to our clients’ satisfaction. The quality improvement program is evaluated monthly to ensure performance goals are being achieved and to improve service as needed. This includes a quarterly review of personal records, client satisfaction surveys, and evaluations. Immediate action is implemented in any area that needs enhancement with confirmation that the action taken was successful.

Our hiring process is one of the most thorough and rigorous in the industry, reviewing all professional and personal history details that is necessary for employment within our organization. Some of the pre-employment requisites include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Criminal background check
  • Investigation of drug history
  • Physical examination
  • Work experience and credentials
  • At least 2 verifiable employment references
  • License verification, CPR, ACLS, PALS, HIPPA, clinical competencies and I-9 verification 
We are also very excited to announce our most recent addition of the EMR (Electronic Medical Records) team of certified personnel.

Safety

Abiding with our concern for the safety of our patients and nurses, we have mandated that our entire staff be immunized to protect against the current influenza strains (i.e. the seasonal and pandemic strains).
