In New York, home health care services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a physician authorizes each certified plan of care. We accept private pay and referrals from Managed Long Term Care and Certified Home Health Care Agencies.

Our quality care department continuously monitors care as it is being delivered. The quality improvement program is evaluated monthly against performance goals, with quarterly reviews of personnel records, client satisfaction surveys, and evaluations. When something needs fixing, action is immediate and we confirm it worked.
Every professional passes license and credential verification including CPR, ACLS, and PALS where applicable, a criminal background check, three verified references, pre-employment exams covering medication knowledge and skills proficiency, drug screening, and a physical examination before their first assignment, with in-service training every year after.
